We are ordering a document on your behalf. HM Land Registry produces it and you receive their PDF unmodified.
Deal Analyser does not display register content anywhere in this product, does not extract fields from it, and does not store its contents. HM Land Registry's Business e-services conditions bar copying register data for display on another website, and every title plan carries an Ordnance Survey reproduction prohibition. We keep the order - who bought it, when, which title, what we charged - and the file itself only long enough to hand it to you.
You can always order the same documents yourself, direct from GOV.UK, at HM Land Registry's own fee.
Your price
Prices are per document. HM Land Registry charges for the register and the title plan separately, so ordering both is two of their fees.
Find the title
HM Land Registry searches the address as it appears on the register, which is not always how the property is advertised. If your address does not match, a title number from your own deeds or your solicitor's paperwork always will.

Before you order
- What an official copy is
- An official copy of the register or title plan is admissible in evidence to the same extent as the original. It is the document a solicitor, a lender or a court will accept.
- What it is not
- It is not a survey, not a valuation, and not advice. The title plan shows general boundaries under section 60 of the Land Registration Act 2002 - it does not fix the exact line of a boundary on the ground.
- Unregistered land
- Not all land in England and Wales is registered. Registration only became compulsory on sale, so property that has not changed hands for a long time may never have been caught. If HM Land Registry holds no title for the address, there is nothing to order and you will not be charged.
- If HM Land Registry cannot supply it
- We refund you in full, automatically. We never keep money for a document that was not produced.
- Boundaries without an official copy
- The plot plan draws the indicative extent of a registered freehold parcel from HM Land Registry's INSPIRE data. It is not a title plan and it will not give you the title number, but it often answers the boundary question on its own. It is included with Pro and above.
