Project strategies
Bought, worked on and sold. Judged once, at the end. A one-off development profit and a monthly rent are not two points on one scale, so these are ranked against each other and never against the strategies above.
Every figure a listing cannot tell you, filled in with a deliberately conservative starting point. Figures more than one strategy reads are set once at the top; everything else sits in the box for the strategy it belongs to, price included, so you can put a different offer on the flip from the one on the hold.
